Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines and all the private airlines announced that there will be no flights on coming August 18th, the tickets which were booked will be refunded to the customers. The main demand of the protest is,  tax relaxation from the government and also to cut down the price of fuel. Kingfisher’s chief Mr. Vijay Mallya said ” The losses met by us is not sustainable”.The federation estimates the industry would lose Rs 57,000 crore this year. It made losses of Rs 10,000 crore in 2008-2009
